Step 1: Schedule your call
Schedule a quick call where we go over your event details, schedule, and coverage needs. I’ll answer questions, help plan timing if needed, and once everything looks good we lock in the date.
Step 2: Event day
I arrive early, coordinate around your timeline, and photograph the event in a natural, unobtrusive way. I capture key moments, guest interactions, and important details while you focus on hosting and enjoying the event.
Step 3: Final delivery
After the event, I carefully edit the images and deliver a curated online gallery. You can easily download, share, and use the photos for social media, marketing, and future promotions. Depending on time coverage expect anywhere from 30-100 photos.
